Apartament Pau Claris The location was terrific. So close to so many of the sites and easy access to transportation. Very close to El Corte Inglese where you can get groceries and supplies. The staff was so helpful. They went through the map to make sure all the things we were interested in were covered as far as the best way to get there, (bus or subway) and things not to miss. Elevator was small but didn't have to take luggage up the stairs. Directx 7 For Windows 8. The second bedroom is pretty small and one person will have to sleep against the wall.

There was lots of equipment in the spacious kitchen but some things that I expected were missing. No kitchen towels at all.

There were not less than 3 cutting boards supplied but some people insisted on cutting on the counter tops ruining them. Would have liked some outdoor seating on patio. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen was handy.

The apartment came with a hair dryer and washer/dryer. Unfortunately the hair dryer had wires taped together and did not work, and we had issues using both the washer and dryer (could never get the dryer working, so hung our clothes out the window to dry like the locals). We had an issue with the key to get into the apartment, but once we figured it out it was good after that. There was some noise from jack hammers, and from other apartments, but mostly was fine.
